Promotion of the insurance reserve fund

Michelle lang was promoted to Deputy Director of Claims by the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund following the promotion of Keith Pic to Director of Claims. The claims manager position was previously held by Jeff Cahill, who is retiring on January 14.

Lang joined NDIRF in August 2016 as an external claims adjuster. Prior to working at NDIRF, she was a claims representative for a commercial insurance company for over 24 years.

Lang holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota. She holds a title of associate in general insurance and seeks to obtain the title of senior associate in claims law.

Joan Trygg joins the AARC

Joan trygg joined the Abused Adult Resource Center as the new Director of Grants and Development.

She replaces Stan Stelter, who retired from the AARC on October 29 after 20 years as Director of Development.

Trygg joins the AARC with over 20 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, sales and communications. She attributes her invaluable experience to her work at Bismarck-Mandan Chamber EDC, Vintage Guitar Magazine, and Bismarck State College.

Fehr received his MA in Archeology in Cultural Resource Management from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He received his BA in Anthropology from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Gregg appointed Chief Information Security Officer

Michael gregg was appointed director of information security for North Dakota. Gregg was Acting Director of Information Security and prior to that he was Director of Cyber ​​Operations for the State of North Dakota. He brings more than two decades of experience in information security and risk management.

He holds two associate’s degrees (electronic and computer engineering), a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in business administration.

Hall, Kunz elected to the board of directors of the NDCF

Ken hall, Bismarck, was elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of the North Dakota Community Foundation.

Hall is Founder and Chairman of Kingdom Business Fellowship. He has served as executive secretary of the three affiliated tribes as well as deputy administrator of the energy division. He is chairman of the board of directors of Missouri River Resources and a founding member of the Fort Berthold Allottee Land and Mineral Owners Association, Inc.

Vicki Kunz, Bismarck, was elected chairman for a one-year term on the board of directors. Kunz is a retired insurance risk manager at MDU Resources Group, Inc.
