HONG KONG–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Compass Offices, a leading provider of flexible office space in the Asia-Pacific region, has launched a charity food donation campaign to support disadvantaged people in Hong Kong.
Over the past few years, many people have gone through difficult times. This presents challenges for some of Hong Kong’s disadvantaged citizens. The Compass Offices team wants to give back to the community by launching a food donation campaign and inviting all its customers, partners and the whole community to participate. The company operates 13 business locations in Hong Kong, providing a good network of food donation collection points in the main business districts of Central, Sheung Wan, Admiralty, Causeway Bay, North Point and Tsim Sha Tsui.
Compass Offices partners with “Feeding Hong Kong”, a registered non-profit organization whose mission is to fight hunger in the city and reduce the amount of quality food sent to landfill.
The public is encouraged to donate non-perishable foods such as oil, rice and noodles, canned foods that are within their shelf life. Feeding Hong Kong will organize the distribution of collected food items and ensure their smooth delivery to where the food can do the most good.
