With a promise of partnership in the near future, Scott agreed and joined the company. After Scott joined the firm, their clients nearly doubled over the next year. As the business grew, they had to hire more staff. Between late 2019 and early 2020, Bader and Scott decided to get ahead of growth and hire 15% more employees than they needed.

They expected their business to follow this path and wanted to get ahead of the numbers. However, right after recruiting more staff, the pandemic struck and hurt the business. Their percentage of inbound customers decreased by 40%. Bader and Scott decided that it would be better for the company and the work culture they wanted to foster, to refrain from firing a member of their staff. They wanted to create a safe space for their employees that they had just entered. The dismissal of a staff member was not acceptable. They have found other places for their budget cuts. They temporarily reduced their marketing, until the company resumed a steady flow of customers.

The pandemic has been difficult for so many businesses and entrepreneurs, Bader and Scott Injury Lawyers was no exception. However, with the right business plan, they were able to overcome the difficulties and came back on top. After cutting their marketing budget by 25% and waiting patiently, Bader and Scott were able to increase their revenue by the end of 2020. Their clients grew 25-30%.

A year after bringing Scott on board, Bader made him a partner. Their friendship quickly turned into a partnership and they began working to create what is now recognized as one of Atlanta’s fastest growing companies. They have worked to bring together a talented team that contributes to a great work culture. Bader and Scott make sure to put their team and their clients before anything else. The momentum they’ve created in the office has led them to help more than 10,000 clients close successful settlements.
