Cruden Building (East) and Cruden Building (West) will be merged to form Cruden Building (Scotland) Limited.

Some 180 employees from Cruden Building (East) will transfer to the combined company, which will have a total of nearly 500 employees. Combined, the companies have a turnover of £170 million.
