The Core Four Business Planning Course will begin a new series, March 1

The next set of the Maui Economic Opportunity Business Development Center’s Core Four Business Planning course will begin on Tuesday, March 1. All classes will take place online via the Zoom platform.

The Core Four Business Planning Course is a series of five lessons on how to write a business plan, which will provide the information you need to start, operate and grow your business. The course is perfect for those who are considering starting a business or are just starting out and need more guidance.

The five-week series runs from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from March 1-31. The cost of the course is $50 and financial aid is available.

An introductory class providing an overview of the course will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Thursday, February 24 through Zoom.

Registration is compulsory for the course, which can be done by submitting an online application via (click on the Business Development Center tab). Registration forms can also be picked up from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays at the MEO Family Center, 99 Mahalani St., Wailuku.


Funding from the Maui County Mayor’s Office of Economic Development helps make the Core Four Business Planning Course possible.
