The Institution of Fire Engineers launches the “Invest in You” campaign

0

THE INSTITUTION OF FIRE ENGINEERS (IFE) has launched a new campaign designed to encourage early career fire professionals to take the time to invest in themselves and their own career development through the professional membership and registration.

As the global membership body for the fire industry, IFE is home to thousands of fire professionals who join the organization to benefit their careers throughout their lives. IFE membership recognizes an individual’s competence and commitment and enhances their professional status.

Additionally, becoming a member opens access to exclusive learning and development resources, an international network of more than 11,000 fire specialists, and the use of IFE post-nominals.

As the public increasingly expects those working in fire safety to be members of a professional body, the IFE encourages those just starting out in their careers to “join the next generation” d fire engineers.

IFE created the “Invest in You” campaign to promote the benefits of membership and how it sets an individual apart from their peers.

In the coming months, the organization is set to host two virtual workshops on the requirements, benefits, and process of applying for Technician Membership and Engineering Technician Registration and encourages individuals to attend to learn more on these grades.

Details are available online for EngTech Workshop and TIFireE Workshop.
