Oyo is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager at its Hyderabad and Secunderabad locations. You will be responsible for constantly researching the watershed and identifying key properties that can be acquired to do business with OYO

The full details of this work are as follows:

What are you going to do:

Meet the owners and sell OYO’s vision of providing comfortable stays for many.

Develop a joint business plan with the owners to have a profitable business association.

Periodic review of SLAs signed with owners.

Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation to commissioning of the property.

Update key market trends and real estate developments in designated area.

Resolve issues arising between owners, transformation team and operations team.

Qualifications for this position:

1 to 5 years of experience.

Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to research, create, negotiate and close a deal.

Analytical and data-driven proofreading of legal contracts.

Ability to work in the field in a fast-start environment Soft skills (ERP/APP usage, Excel, email writing).
